Who: Northfield community members, Carleton students/faculty/staff, and the St. Olaf community. 

What: Carleton’s 43rd Annual Triathlon!!! Minnesota’s longest standing triathlon! 

When: 8 am, May 31st, 2024. First heat: 8:30 am. 

Where: Carleton College, West Gymnasium 

Why: To raise money for the Northfield Youth Sports Collaborative 

Please join us in partaking in a 750-yard swim, 16-mile bike ride through Rice and Goodhue Counties, and 5k run through the Carleton Arboretum.The race is open to individuals or relay teams of two to three people. All participants must register by May 27th. All proceeds go to the Northfield Youth Sports Collaborative.

Registration prices: 

$10 for Carleton students 

$25 for Community/ Faculty/ St. Olaf 

$30 for an entire relay 

$10 for shirts 

The race will be followed by a celebratory barbecue (included in registration fee).
