Han Fredrickson is originally from Vietnam and currently lives in Northfield with her husband Kyle and their two dogs, Hoppy and Navy. She and Kyle saw the need for delicious pho cuisine in Northfield, and will be working to expand Han's Kitchen to include a variety of authentic vietnamese dishes.
