U are the Universe (Eres El Universo) is a bilingual art exhibition created by local artist, Rocky Casillas Aguirre, that aims to break the silence on mental health. The gallery features 70+ original art pieces that talk about the causes, science, and remedies of stress and anxiety.

The gallery is designed for all ages with many interactive pieces, including: a photo op with 6ft feelings characters, a medicine cabinet filled with prescriptions from Dr. Lola the Axolotl, and entertaining animations. 

During the Open House, there will be a brief presentation about the gallery. Kids will be able to take home free coloring pages and stickers. Appetizers and beverages provided. If you miss the Open House, the gallery will run until July 26, 2025, during the Northfield Arts Guild's regular business hours.

U are the Universe (Eres El Universo) es una exposición de arte bilingüe creada por el artista local Rocky Casillas Aguirre, que pretende romper el silencio sobre la salud mental. La galería presenta más de 70 obras de arte originales que hablan de las causas, la ciencia y los remedios del estrés y la ansiedad.

La galería está diseñada para todas las edades con muchas piezas interactivas, entre ellas: una sesión de fotos con personajes de 6 pies, un botiquín lleno de recetas de la Dra. Lola, la Axolotl, y divertidas animaciones.

Durante la jornada de puertas abiertas, habrá una breve presentación de la galería. Los niños podrán llevarse páginas para colorear y pegatinas gratis. Habrá aperitivos y bebidas. Si se pierde la jornada de puertas abiertas, la galería estará abierta hasta el 26 de julio de 2025, en el horario comercial habitual de Northfield Arts Guild.
